Job Description:
As an Entry Level Remote Travel Coordinator, you will be responsible for assisting clients with their travel needs, ensuring seamless and stress-free travel experiences. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work remotely, gaining valuable experience in the travel and hospitality industry while providing excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with booking travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, transportation, and activities.
- Provide excellent customer service, answering inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
- Help clients with itinerary changes and travel modifications as needed.
- Research and recommend travel destinations, hotels, and services based on client preferences and budget.
- Coordinate with airlines, hotels, car rental companies, and other service providers to ensure smooth travel experiences.
- Keep clients informed about travel updates, changes, and restrictions.
- Maintain accurate records of travel bookings and client communications.
- Handle administrative tasks such as preparing travel documents and processing payments.
Qualifications:
- No prior travel industry experience required, though any relevant experience is a plus.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Detail-oriented and organized with the ability to handle multiple tasks at once.
- Proficiency in using online booking tools, spreadsheets, and basic office software.
